Since its inception, the Development Care Foundation has worked to provide health projects for those affected by the ongoing war. The Foundation has strived to assist wounded and injured civilians, especially women and children. Among the projects implemented by the Foundation are:

 

Performing surgical operations, with a total cost exceeding (117,938,335) and benefiting a total of (983) individuals over the past four years.

Distributing wheelchairs and crutches to people with disabilities, with a total cost exceeding (15,640,700,50) and benefiting a total of (1,330) individuals over the past four years.

Providing medical treatments and supplies, with a total cost exceeding (36,393,336), benefiting a total of (4,901) individuals.

In addition, the Foundation established a center for physical therapy, rehabilitation, and psychological support, which has contributed to the treatment of those with paralysis and nerve injuries. The cost of this center was approximately (8,730,000), and it has benefited (7,857) patients.
