Developmental Re’ayah Foundation Handover Empowerment Kits to Women Under the Economic Resilience and Specialized Protection Project

Developmental Re’ayah Foundation (DRF) hosted an event to hand over empowerment kits to female beneficiaries as part of the “Enhancing Economic Resilience and Specialized Protection for the Most Vulnerable Women” project, funded by the European Union (EU), implemented in partnership with ZOA, and under the supervision of Nahda Makers Organization (NMO).
The event was attended by the Deputy Governor of Taizz, Mr. Abdulqawi Al-Mikhlafi, alongside representatives from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MoSAL) and the Protection Cluster.
The event commenced with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by the distribution of livelihood empowerment kits and training completion certificates to the trainees. This milestone aims to enhance women’s skills, foster self-reliance, and improve their overall livelihoods.
The Foundation reaffirmed that this initiative represents a concrete step toward women’s economic empowerment, bolstering their capacity to withstand challenges and build a more stable future.
