As part of its Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Program, Developmental Re’ayah Foundation (DRF) inaugurated an artesian borehole in Al-Khawkhah District, Al Hudaydah Governorate. The project provides local families with a closer and more sustainable water source, addressing the critical challenges faced by residents who previously had to travel long distances to collect water.
Made possible through the generous support of philanthropic donors, this intervention comes in response to the growing water scarcity in the area. It actively contributes to easing the burden on vulnerable households and securing safe water for their daily needs.
DRF remains committed to implementing vital WASH interventions that address the essential needs of the most vulnerable and underserved communities.
